Activate tenant
Activate locked tenants. This means that users with appropriate privileges whose licenses are managed on that tenant can log in to all programs again. All data is available again.
Procedure. Procedure
Click Tenants.
At the end of the row for the tenant, click
More > Activate.
The tenant is activated. It is available to users again and its status is shown in the list as 
Active. If the change is not displayed, click 
Refresh.
